UX Researcher
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding our users' needs and pain points, helping shape our products' future. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and presenting insights to the team in order to improve user experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience research throughout the discovery and evaluation phases;
  • Analyze survey responses and user feedback to gain insights;
  • Grow the user research culture in the team and integrate user research into design processes;
  • Act as a user advocate, effectively communicating user needs and challenges to the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in conducting UX research for B2C products with English-speaking users;
  • Strong UX research skills, from defining respondent selection criteria and research methods aligned with business objectives to independently conducting interviews and presenting results to the team;
  • Fluent spoken English (B2+ level);
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain an unbiased approach during research.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in start-up companies in the field of EdTech;
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for independently gathering data and analyzing results;
  • Resilience in handling stress and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
