Node.js Project Author
At Hyperskill, our teaching is practice-based, and we are constantly developing our educational track program.
Each educational direction has its own small team consisting of authors, an expert, an analyst, and a proofreader. Authors are essential members of all our content teams because they are the creators of content units on the platform – projects, topics, and tasks. All Hyperskill teams have new tracks in mind, so we always need new project and topic authors!
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Suggest project ideas for the track;
  • Write a description of the project, divide it into stages, create a reference solution for all stages, and write tests;
  • Update the project according to the team's feedback and user reports.
We are waiting for those who:
  • Have relevant knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js and are willing to share it with others;
  • Can explain complex subjects simply and clearly;
  • Speak English at least at an Intermediate level (B2+);
  • Would like to try themselves in the field of online education and can spare several hours a week for this;
  • Is positive about receiving and giving feedback and enjoys working in a team;
  • Can offer a project idea or is ready to work with the proposed idea.
We offer:
  • Payment for every created and published project;
  • Part-time and fully remote work format with a flexible schedule;
  • Interesting and challenging job in a friendly working environment;
  • Professional experience in an international EdTech company;
  • Opportunity to study at Hyperskill for free and develop new skills;
  • Help and support from the team;
  • Chance to contribute to the general goals of the company.
We are always glad to meet new people!
