Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced project manager to improve process maturity and synchronize knowledge within the development team (Mobile, Web, ML, QA, Product, and Design). We expect that joint collaboration will help our Team leaders devote less of their time to project management tasks and make the work for employees more understandable and transparent.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan sprints and support releases, monitor the accuracy of planning and velocity teams;
  • Collect and clarify requirements in tasks from customers, monitor tasks for DoR compliance;
  • Inform stakeholders about progress on team tasks, do Gantt planning, mid-term and long-term planning;
  • Moderate cross-functional team processes (standups, plannings, groomings, retrospectives, OKRs of cross-functional teams);
  • Prioritize tasks, and set up tracking systems.
Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a project manager in a development team of 12+ people;
  • Have knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean, OKRs;
  • Interested in working on the product and its development.
