Mobile Product Designer
We are searching for a passionate mobile product designer to join our team and develop a new Hyperskill mobile application. This role entails working alongside a team of mobile developers and other professionals to design products to specifications and deliver them on time. You will be doing thorough market research to determine user needs and preferences, and define clear solutions to deliver exceptional design.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design mobile products, and participate in all phases of design, from definition to implementation and optimization;
  • Collaborate with product analytics and the mobile team to ship high-quality mobile app experiences;
  • Conduct product research, and work with specific metrics;
  • Design user scenarios, build wireframes, create artboards with user interface, develop a design system;
  • Formulate and test hypotheses, write technical specifications for the development team;
  • Actively participate in product decisions and improve our project workflow.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer working with mobile platforms;
  • Great skills in Figma. Proficiency in using most of its features;
  • Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface design guidelines, and Google Material Design;
  • Experience in working with design systems, and ability to develop them;
  • Basic analytical skills - an understanding of metrics and the ability to explain them, the ability to conduct experiments and explain their results;
  • Strong visual skills and attention to details;
  • Desire to jump in and roll up your sleeves with some design work or other tasks needed to keep a project moving.
Nice to have:

  • Experience and skills in UX research;
  • The ability to write clear technical requirements.
