Math Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a math projects coordinator who would be responsible for managing creation of practical projects for math tracks. Our goal is to make mathematics understandable and interesting, so that people who need it professionally would learn and use it with joy. You can get acquainted with recently published examples of Math tracks related to the basics of Linear Algebra and Mathematics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate ideas for practical projects with authors, help to create the project at all stages;
Learn how to create good and practical projects for mathematical tracks, convey this skill to authors, give feedback;
Collect feedback on projects, improve content based on it;
Maintain existing processes in the team and create new ones: set up and control deadlines, keep track on projects creation and team interaction process;
Conduct smooth onboarding of new project authors, communicate with candidates;
Communicate with other managers and colleagues.

We are waiting for those who have:

Understand and love mathematics;
Speak English at least at the Intermediate level;
Have a creative approach for searching and generating ideas for new projects;
Have an ability to communicate constructively dialogue, formulate thoughts and ideas, and give correct feedback;
Self-organized and initiative, able to plan the work of your own and team members.

We offer:

Contract agreement with payment twice a month, part-time employment (15-20 hours a week);
Salary from $300 per month at the start with the possibility of growth and bonuses;
