Our finance team currently consists of 2 members, and we're on the lookout for an additional financial specialist to join us. As our Financial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial reports.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reconciling accounts, handling receipts, overseeing banking transactions, and providing financial guidance to our team members;
Take charge of monthly payroll calculations, compensation assessments, and maintaining accurate salary records;
Perform monthly accounting tasks for a US-based company utilizing Quickbooks;
Assist in preparing tax reports and VAT/Sales tax reports in different jurisdictions;
Assist in preparing financial reports for management accounting;
Assist in opening new bank accounts for the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and finance;
Knowledge of accounting software;
Proficiency in English (at least B2 level);
Attention to detail, independent work style, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
Experience in using Quickbooks;
Experience in preparing annual financial statements;
Experience in submitting tax reports and VAT reports;
Experience in working remotely in an IT company.
