Content Team Coordinator
We are the content team of the Hyperskill educational platform. We create various courses (tracks) and adhere to project-based learning: the user solves a project and simultaneously studies the theoretical sections (topics) necessary for its completion.
Each educational direction has its own small team. It consists of several authors from different countries who write the theory and problems, editors who check and correct the text, and experts who give feedback to the authors and make sure all information in topics is relevant and correct.
In order for the teams to function well and smoothly, there are usually coordinators supporting them. New teams are created regularly, so we are constantly looking for new coordinators!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Suggest authors what to write next, what to improve and in what time frame;
- Distribute tasks between authors;
- Send materials to editors and experts, receive feedback from them;
- Notice what slows down the team and tasks, and figure out how to solve it;
- Love your team, be friends with it, raise it, sometimes find and onboard new members;
- Show initiative and enterprise, as this position doesn't provide clear to-do lists.
We are waiting for those who:
- Speak English at least at an Intermediate level;
- Have basic understanding of Computer Science/STEM;
- Strive to develop the skills of a team leader, coordinator, and project manager;
- Have exceptional communication skills: know how to reason with others, motivate, and criticize constructively. The job supposes a lot of communication: in messengers, on the Trello board, sometimes through video calls;
- Are excellent with time management and planning: these skills are essential to successfully coordinate the team's work and your own actions.
