Community Manager

We are looking for community manager to join our marketing team and help us create an unforgettable learning experience for our learners. This role is mostly about communicating with Hyperskill's learners and working alongside marketing, product, and design teams to plan, organize, and conduct different online events.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage marketing events calendar,
  • Plan, organize, and conduct online events to increase learners' engagement,
  • Track results of these activities to test different theories and improve future events,
  • Work with design and product teams to implement seasonal events on Hyperskill,
  • Communicate with learners on social media (reddit, discord),
  • Report on feedback from learners to product and development teams.

  • Proficient or native English speaker (C1 or higher),
  • Previous experience in planning and leading community initiatives,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Deep understanding of social media,
  • Basic analytical skills: understanding of main community metrics and ability to explain them,
  • Friendly and outgoing personality,
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience and skills in email marketing or copywriting;
  • Previous marketing-related experience.
