Right now we are seeking an attentive and initiative Chief of Staff to join our team and manage multiple priorities ensuring the smooth functioning of the company. As the Chief of Staff at Hyperskill, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and the company's CEO.
Provide support to team members across the organization and ad-hoc requests to the CEO and executive team;
Take ownership of special projects as assigned by the executive team. Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes and communicate statuses to the team;
Assist in organizing events of the executive team, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events;
Thoroughly understand the CEO's work and proactively and autonomously drive improvements.
Professional experience in a similar position with a background in the IT sphere (experience in EdTech is beneficial);
Proficiency in English (at least an intermediate level);
Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. High adaptivity and skills of effective prioritization;
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources;
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations from multiple perspectives, identify underlying issues, and propose innovative solutions;
Strong sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks and responsibilities. Ability to consistently meet deadlines, fulfill commitments, and take ownership of work;
Continuous learning mindset. Actively seeking opportunities for professional development and acquiring new skills.
Work with a global IT product in the EdTech field with the perspective of fast growth;
